You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating compelling content, and driving audience growth and engagement across multiple YouTube features.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for YouTube and YouTube Shorts.

Create and curate engaging and high-quality video content, including Shorts, tutorials, product demos, and promotional videos.

Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for better visibility and reach.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes on YouTube to adapt our strategy accordingly.

Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and building a community around our content.

Analyze and report on key performance metrics, such as views, likes, shares, and subscriber growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing, product launches, and brand messaging.

Monitor and manage the social media budget effectively.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a focus on YouTube, including YouTube Shorts.

In-depth knowledge of YouTube best practices, algorithms, and emerging trends.

Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva).

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies as needed.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
